We are so confident in our process, that we can assure our candidates for an unprecedented 180 days. 


  1. Together we develop a complete job profile detailing the technical requirements for the position, a profile of your company culture, goals strategies and leadership style.
  2. We develop a search plan and share our strategy about the target candidates and companies.  
  3. During the search, we deliver a weekly detailed search status report detailing progress. 
  4. Each candidate submitted for consideration, will pass through our stringent qualification process that includes, 3 interviews, to match qualifications, job fit and cultural attributes. 
  5. Short-listed candidates will be administered a skills and behavioral assessment to better determine organization fit for your company's culture, and work environment 
  6. You will receive candidate exclusivity first right of refusal that is presented for 10 business days. 
  7. We provide a 12 month replacement after date of hire.

CONTINGENCY


Contingency Search is a performance-based recruiting option typically best suited for non-critical, lower to mid-level positions where speed is less urgent and specialization is not as demanding. In this model, we are only compensated when a placement is made.

While most of our clients choose Priority Search for urgent, high-impact roles, we understand that not every opening requires that level of focus. For roles that don’t need immediate attention—such as entry-level engineers, plant technicians, or support staff—Contingency Search can be a practical solution.


We offer this service when appropriate, and while it does not include the dedicated resources of a Priority Search, our network and process still give your position access to qualified talent, industry insight, and targeted outreach.
