We use your information solely to provide the services you have requested. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan.

• Application      status updates
• Client      interview confirmations
• Employment-related      notifications
• Customer      service communications

"Thank you for contacting Top Tier Talent. We've received your inquiry and will contact you shortly regarding your request. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance."

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Top Tier Talent. You may receive up to 10 SMS messages per week regarding recruiting activities, interviews, and employment opportunities.

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier's pricing plan. Charges may vary for domestic and international messages.

5. Opt-In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

• Providing verbal consent during a phone conversation.
• Requesting SMS communications directly from a Top Tier Talent representative.

6. Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message.

You may also request removal by contacting us directly.

Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you opt in again.
